  • Nourishing Food

    Food plays a vital role in promoting health and well-being. Our vegetarian menu incorporates fresh, organic vegetables sourced from our garden.

    We also make our own fermented remedies like kombucha, kimchi, and sauerkraut to support gut health and overall wellness.

  • Swim in our Spring-fed Ponds

    Immerse yourself in one of our spring fed mountain dams. Take a dip in the hot summer sun. Each of our dams are located in a unique biome where birds, plants, frogs, and other animals are sure to be seen.

  • Walking & Hiking Trails

    Walk one of our many milkwood and fynbos trails. Bodhi Khaya is situated at the foot of the Witkransberg Mountain. A 3 hour roundtrip hike takes you to the summit of God’s View - a truly spectacular 360 degree view awaits you there.

  • Qi Gong

    Learn the gentle practise of Qi Gong, a series of flowing movements, to help get the energy moving in your body and to help you feel grounded and energised.

    Indulge in a relaxing and restorative massage treatment with one of our excellent massage therapists. We have a variety of different styles on offer to suit your needs.

    During this 60 minute session, our in-house qualified wellness coach will work with you to gain insight into the patterns and behaviours that are holding you back.

  • Private Yoga Class

    Book a private yoga class with one of our experienced yoga teachers and receive personalised guidance to improve your practice. This session is also perfect for absolute beginners.

  • Private Breathwork Session

    Breathwork facilitates deep transformation, cleanses the body, unblocks stuck energy and rebalances your being, creating positive shifts that you will carry with you well beyond the session.

  • Ceremonial Tree-planting

    Restoration is at the heart of what we do. Play a part in restoring our forest, and have the opportunity to plant your intention into the earth, or dedicate a tree to someone you love. Be part of the mission, donate a tree (or more!) to our cause.
