The Wild Pod
Nestled in a remote corner of Bodhi Khaya, with views of the forest and teaming with wild-life, the Wild Pod is the perfect location for hosting a smaller retreat, workshop or group getaway with friends.
Situated deep in the forest, the Wild Pod offers a private, rustic-meets-contemporary experience.
Our communal kitchen and lounge area provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for gathering and sharing meals with friends, while our yoga deck and meditation hall offer a tranquil sanctuary for your daily practice.
The Wild Pod alone sleeps max 10 people sharing, but with the addition of the cottages can accommodate up to 18. There is ample space for camping too.
The rates are for self-catering, but we can also cater your event at an additional charge.
WILD POD PRICING & PACKAGES
Self Catering Retreat Package Rates
Our Self Catering Retreat Package are for those who would like to make use of our online booking and payment system and is structured per room/ per person, as per below. In this case, you will provide us with your facilitation fee, retreat writeup and artwork, and we will upload your retreat on to our system where you can direct your participants to book. After the retreat, your facilitation fee will be paid out to you. A minimum spend of R6000 per night for The Wild Pod only and R9000 per night for the Pod and the two Cottages. R5000 deposit is payable to secure your booking. Cancellation Policy applies.*

Catering
Catering is available to your guests for an additional R500pp per night. Our delicious plant-based food includes a DIY breakfast and dinner, where you are supplied with the elements, and will them be responsible for basic preparation and laying out it for your guests. Lunch is served as a completed meal.
A Note on Marketing
As a facilitator at The Wild Pod, you are solely responsible for marketing and filling your retreat. We will support your marketing efforts by a resharing of some of your promotional content.
